FRESH EDITS: Yo tim! you should turn this into a blog post that showes the evoloution of the meadow hex and the final mega meadow picture at the end. AND you should do a follow up to your last ant post that shows how far the new arts come. I read your whole blog this morning!!
Here is a new Meadow Hex that has a more similar color pallet, has less texture and has a battle spectrum on there.
I’m thinking about making the connector arrows a color other than white. maybe yellow or gold (like construction colors).
Where the white spot is by the round 1 marker i wanted to put a poem about the thawing spring. I cut out the poem however because i wanted to reduce the amount of words on the meadow hex.
I think it looks pretty dope, I like the tunnels running through – I think it helps the idea of being able to move through the meadow. YAY
I agree that the poem is cool but think the choice for less words is great. I like the green 2 player line and how the battle spectrum is looking. a few of the numbers are a little difficult to line up but I think it is all looking swell. That is my two cents!
Here is the WHOLE meadow. This is me procrastinating!
You should procrastinate more often! It is really helpful to look at all the art all together. yeah I will do those blog posts soon. Also maybe mirror blog on BGG to start bringing the peeps into the fold!
Man, I can’t tell you how much I love that dandelion hex! Beautiful, as always.
I bet you could raise $10,000 on Kickstarter just by posting that image of the meadow.

These look fuckin great too. During play, we did run into a problem with the central meadow cutout hex. It was hard to see over the stack of cards, and it introduced a fundamental instability into the game board–i.e. the pieces kept getting knocked, etc.
